My professional life has led me to explore a variety of worlds: politics, industry, academia, coaching and cinema. Finding concepts and bringing them to fruition has always been my passion. With a common thread: identifying emerging trends in society. And a conviction: from difference comes richness. I’m a relational facilitator, a vector of ideas.
Attracted to the world of cinema from a very early age, I’ve always been one of the “image mover” in this sector, working to disseminate and promote cinema and images. Entrepreneurship, innovation, commitment, always in the interests of artists and works of art, with passion as the fuel.
Guillaume is one of the co-founders of Les Arcs Film Festival, he is its General Delate. Co-founder of Chalet Pointu (video production and editing), formerly artistic director of the CANAL+ group websites and assistant to the Annecy Festival film office. He works with Fabienne to coordinate the Lab Femmes de Cinéma.
The world of cinema has always fascinated me, particularly through its heroines – for a long time stereotyped, even invisible. Today, I’m taking a fresh look at the works that surround me and I’m committed to highlighting female, LGBTQIA+, racialised artists and characters, to contribute to fairer and more inclusive representations on screen.
Eléna joined the Lab team in 2025 after several internships and initial experience in the cultural sector. Passionate about intersectional feminism and issues of representation, she works with Fabienne and Guillaume to coordinate the Lab Femmes de Cinéma.
